Shipping Policy

For Canada:

We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Canada* excluding taxes.  Typically, once an order is paid in full it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Of course, during periods of high volume (i.e. Christmas), the processing time may be longer.  This offer may not be valid for deliveries to unusually remote areas and/or for items of unusually large size and/or weight. In such cases, you will be contacted with a shipping quote before your order is shipped.  

The free shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or incentives.  However, these promotions and/or incentives may affect your item subtotal and in turn may affect your eligibility to qualify for the free shipping offer.  Please note that cancelling items from your order may disqualify your eligibility for the free shipping offer.

Free shipping offers might not apply to certain items including but not limited to Mezco Toyz, Hot Toys, Gaming Heads, gaming consoles, etc.  Any products that are not eligible for the free shipping offer will have this indicated on the product description page.

We reserve the right to change or cancel the free shipping offer for any reason and at any time, without notice.  

For orders under $150.00, a flat rate shipping option based on weight will appear during the checkout process.  Please select the option that you prefer before completing your order.

For International Destinations:  

We offer FLAT RATE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING options based on weight for all international orders.  Prior to completing the checkout process, you will be presented with the flat rate shipping option.  If there are multiple shipping options that appear, please select the option that you prefer.

Please note that we are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and follow Canadian statutory holidays.  In such instances, your order may be delayed due to the respective holiday.

We do our best to ensure that our online inventory is correct, but sometimes there are rare occasions when some products may be oversold.  We will notify you if an item is unavailable for shipment.

If you order has any items on back order or pre-order items, the entire order will be put on a courtesy hold until all products are in stock and available to be shipped together.  You may request shipping of in-stock items earlier, via email, but may have to pay for any additional shipping charges.

The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of the order.  For orders shipping to Canada*, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 12 business days.  For orders shipping to international destinations outside of Canada, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 23 business days.  However, there have been many times where shipments arrive much sooner than expected.

*Please note, we do not accept any orders from or make any shipments to destinations in Quebec, Canada.
