How long do I have to receive a refund or exchange?

We are pleased to offer you a HASSEL FREE 14-Day return policy that states:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items within 14 days from the day your order has been shipped, for a replacement or refund.  Our Return Policy is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. Can I return or exchange pre-orders?

All Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled; we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through our Contact Us page or message us on social media before placing your order.

I want to order an item that is out of stock

Unfortunately as many of our items are collectibles and exclusives, the stock is very limited and it is unlikely that these items will come back into stock. However, on an odd occasion, we may receive more. If you are interested in finding out if we have received more of the "out of stock" items, feel free to fill in the form on the Contact Us page or message us on social media and we will let you know if the item can be ordered.

How much does shipping cost?

For Canada:

We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Canada* for orders greater than $150.00 and less than $500.00, excluding taxes. 

For orders under $150.00, a flat rate shipping option will appear during the checkout process based on weight. 

For USA:

For orders under $150.00, a flat rate shipping option will appear during the checkout process based on weight. 

For International Destinations:  

We offer FLAT RATE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING options for all international orders based on weight.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of the order.  For orders shipping to Canada, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 12 business days.  For orders shipping to international destinations outside of Canada, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 23 business days.  However, there have been many times where shipments arrive much sooner than expected.
