Pre-Order Policy

Items listed for Pre-Order are NOT in hand.  When shipment arrives to our facility, the order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.  We have zero control over the distribution or delivery date by the manufacturer. The estimated delivery date is only an approximate time frame that is based on the estimated release date set by the manufacturer. Once the item is ready it is then distributed to companies.  We are a small store and sometimes the big box retailers may receive their shipments before we do.

Again, the estimated timeframe of each pre-order and when they will arrive varies.  Typically, the dates are not exact and only specific months are given. The estimated delivery date may change at any time, without notice.  Please read the full description on when the Pre-Order item is expected to arrive.

If you are placing an order for a Pre-Ordered Funko Pop! Vinyl figure, we guarantee to not ship a damaged pop!  We also ship all of our PRE-ORDERED POPS in a FREE POP SHIPPER BOX! This helps protect the pop, especially while it is being shipped to you.  Damages can occur during shipment at any time, although very unlikely.

All Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled; we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing your order.  

 

PUDU PRE-ORDER POLICY:

All Pudu Designs products listed for Pre-Order are subject to this policy.  Pre-Order products are not in stock.  When we receive the shipment from Pudu Designs at our facility, the order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.  We have zero control over the distribution or delivery date by the manufacturer.  The estimated shipping date is an approximate shipping date provided to us by Pudu Designs.
